Need to Modify or Cancel?
• Modify Your Ride: Adjust your pickup time or location through SistersRides.com or by calling 920-241-0567, subject to availability. Modifications within 1–2 hours of pickup incur no fees.
• Cancel Your Ride: Cancellations made within 1–2 hours of pickup are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a $5.00 fee for Standard bookings or $10.00 for Premium bookings. Cancel via our website or by calling us.
